UCoustic™ 8210 Wall Box & 8250 ‘Mini’ Cab

Both the 8210 and 8250 with their shorter cabinet footprint (depth 700mm) are ideal for housing smaller noisy items such as, switches, routers and audio-visual equipment.

The 8210 is the very first wall-mounted quiet rackmount cabinet, and the 8250, being a compact mobile floor standing solution, is great for locations with limited space.

With an astonishing noise reduction capability of up to *27.5 dBA, this range of quiet rack cabinets will reduce equipment noise to a level below that of background noise in an average office without talking, whilst providing a thermal load capacity of up to 4 kW.

Being thermostatically controlled, the rear fans maintain sufficient airflow throughout the rack cabinet, providing the required level of thermal dissipation, whilst optimising the level of 'ambient' background noise the cabinet itself generates and minimising power expenditure.

Both quiet racks offer a washable dust-filter option for promoting extended equipment life and reduced maintenance costs.

*This dimension allows a minimum 43.2mm gap between the front blanking plate/equipment surface and the inner front door surface. This is recommended to allow for sufficient air-intake and, therefore, maximum cooling efficiency.
